To perform a diagnostic or an update, please follow these steps:
- Power Setup: Install the battery on the bike and plug the bike into a power outlet using the remote charging port. Confirm that the charger light turns red.
- Disconnect the Display: Undo the display's quick-release connector. You will find it near the left brake lever, along the display cable (located between two cable ties).
- Connect the Dongle: Plug the dongle's quick connector into the connector leading down into the frame toward the controller. (The male/female keyed connectors ensure it can only be plugged in the correct way).
- PC Connection: Plug the dongle’s USB end into your PC.
